We have commenced shipping replacement  Size 2 Phoenix Sensors with serial numbers 6 million & higher.  For Users with the CDR 2000 (Black Remotes) , the CDR 2000 driver from our website or from  the hardware folder on the 4.5 CDRDicom CD, is required for these Remotes to properly read sensor info.

Click on this link to download the driver

Uninstall any existing CDR2000 drivers first (excluding the CDR2000 Firmware Update - FW36 if preinstalled) and then install the driver above with hardware disconnected.  When the hardware is plugged you will need to step through the Windows Hardware wizard. You may be prompted to point to the USBCDR2.sys file which is located in "C:/Program Files/Schick Technologies/Shared Files/Drivers/CDR-2000".

For CDR 2.6 users you will need to copy the ACQ32.dll and CDRDI.DLL files from the
"C:/Program Files/Schick Technologies/Shared Files" folder and copy them to the "C:/CDR/OBJ" folder and overwrite the existing files.
If you are going to use the Highspeed remote (CDR RemoteHS => white Remote) than download and install this additional driver: HS Activation Driver

For Visiquick users:
You also need to deinstall the Visiquick CDR driver before updating the driver.
After the installation of the driver you will need to copy all the files from the
"C:/Program Files/Schick Technologies/Shared Files" folder and copy them to the "C:/Visiquick" folder and overwrite the existing files.

Stellaris sensor:
